Processing Time: All items ship within 3-5 business days of your order (excluding weekends and holidays). Made-to-order items (custom harnesses and collars) require 2-3 weeks for creation before shipping.

Shipping Method: We ship via USPS with tracking included on all orders.

Shipping Costs: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping: We're happy to ship worldwide! International orders have a flat $15 shipping rate.

Craftsmanship Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our handmade items. If your Exuberant Paws accessory fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship within 6 months of purchase, we'll repair or replace it at no charge.

Normal Wear: Please note that all pet accessories experience normal wear with regular use. Fraying, fading, or general wear after months of adventures doesn't constitute a defect.
